Hi-lite was founded in 2000 and we have been growing from strength to strength since. We wanted to go the extra mile for our customers and offer a service of how we would like to be treated ourselves. We deal from anything from small maintenance jobs to complete re-furbs. We believe reputation is crucial and we make sure our jobs reflect our high standards.

Wane carried out an excellent insurance claim job on our ceilings following storm damage to our roof. Faultless.
“Decorating”
Wayne and Lawrence did an excellent job, completely decorating a one bedroom flat that was in very poor condition. They finished exactly when they said they would and the work was excellent and they left the premises neat and tidy with all rubbish removed.

The work was carried out well with close discussion about some of the more quirky aspects of the room (sloping ceiling, exposed trunking etc). I had not been able to move some heavier furniture out of the room before the decorators started work but they were extremely flexible about coping with that. All roynd

We contacted Hi-Lite to obtain a quote for painting an outside sea-facing wall of our bungalow. Our enquiry was dealt with very efficiently by Wayne, he quoted us a fair price for a small job, and completed the work yesterday to a high standard. Wayne is a very pleasant, trustworthy tradesman, and we will definitely use his services again in the very near future.

How did you start your business?
We Started the business back in Sept 2000 after working for other contractors for several years. We wanted to go the extra mile and make us stand out from the rest.
What makes your services standout?
We go the extra mile in all aspects of our job. Often do more than we quote just to make the job look that much better and make the customer very happy as our reputation is crucial for us. We also ask each customer to write a review for us after each job and we have over 150 reviews so far! Potential customers like to see feedback from past clients and know that they will be getting a great service when they employ us.
What is your top advice for your customers?
Check our companies feedback before employing anyone. Past customers reviews that are up to date are crucial and sometimes the only thing people can go by when using a company for their services. There are a lot of rogue traders out there so do your research first and check you a getting a decent company.
