RDM PROPERTY CARE was started October 2016. our areas of expertise are painting and decorating, carpentry, locksmiths and property maintenance. I'm lucky being in a trade/job I enjoy as giving my clients the end result they imagined it would be. I feel that what makes RDM PROPERTY CARE stand out the most is the high standard of work honesty and keeping working areas clean and tidy at all times.

How did you start your business?
i have been working for property maintenance company's for over 20 years. I found alot of the company's i worked for was just in a rush to finish the job and get paid and on the next job. I found that I wasn't getting enough time to finish the works to the standard I would expect if I was paying a tradesman to do a job for me. so 3 years I ago I started rdm property care.
What makes your services standout?
I specialise in decorating, carpentry , locksmith and property maintenance to commercial and domestic properties. I feel that what makes rdm property care stand out is good communication from start to finish , keeping a clean and tidy working area from the start of a job to the end. punctuation and most importantly honesty. and keeping the standard high.
What is your top advice for your customers?
I feel that a lot of people try to get a quote over the phone or via email. for a number of reasons I think this is not a good way of requiring a quote. you should always meet your potential tradesmen face to face, this will give you peace of mind of who's going to be working in your property and alot of the time left alone in your property. Getting a quote over the phone will either be overpriced or underpriced which will then cause the tradesmen to rush the job so not to lose money.
